A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Final payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the destination, package, accommodation, transportation, and third-party supplier policies. Any cancellation fees, non-refundable deposits, or supplier charges will be communicated where applicable.

Refunds, if eligible, will be processed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, travel permits, and any other documents required for entry into the destination country.

Lovy Adventures is not responsible for denied entry, travel delays, or additional costs caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, delays, lost luggage, personal belongings, and emergency evacuation where applicable.

8. Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in their selected travel experience. Any medical conditions, dietary needs, allergies, or special requirements should be shared with Lovy Adventures before travel.

Travelers must follow safety instructions provided by guides, tour leaders, accommodation providers, park authorities, and local representatives.

9. Wildlife & Responsible Travel

Lovy Adventures is committed to responsible and sustainable tourism. Travelers are expected to respect wildlife, local communities, cultural traditions, conservation areas, and the natural environment.

Travelers must not feed, disturb, touch, or approach wildlife unless instructed by authorized guides. All guests must follow national park rules and local regulations.

Lovy Adventures works with trusted partners but is not responsible for delays, cancellations, service changes, losses, injuries, or issues caused directly by third-party suppliers.

Lovy Adventures is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, illness, loss of belongings, additional expenses, weather disruptions, natural events, political situations, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Travelers participate in tours and activities with an understanding that travel, especially safari and adventure travel, may involve certain risks.
